My career spans nearly four decades in finance, investing, and conflict resolution, from the dynamic trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to
leadership positions in venture capital and private equity. I have built a reputation for fair, results-driven resolutions in high-stakes situations.

Previously, I served as managing director at Brookstone Partners for 15+ years. In that role his tenure, I raised over $10 million in capital, sourced investment deals, and
held multiple venture board seats.

I also co-founded a mezzanine finance fund, deploying nearly $5 million over a decade, consistently creating mutually beneficial solutions in complex financial scenarios.

I started my career on the NYSE trading floor where I became the youngest floor
governor in its history. I played a critical role on both the Technology and Market
Performance Committees, ensuring market fairness and facilitating real-time conflict resolution.

My calm demeanor under pressure and skill in restoring order in volatile environments have remained defining strengths throughout my career.
